Aho Bun offers two types of educational experiences:

• Physical Courses – hands-on or in-person workshops conducted at our facilities or partner venues.

All services are subject to availability, full payment, and confirmation from Aho Bun.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information, maintain confidentiality of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed transactions remain unaffected.
• Payment must be made in full through our approved payment gateways before access or confirmation is granted.

5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

5.1 Online Courses (Digital Content)

Once an online course has been purchased and access granted, no refund or exchange will be provided. If a technical issue prevents access, please contact us at [email protected].

5.2 Physical Courses (In-Person)

• Once a physical course has been purchased no refund or exchange will be provided.
• If Aho Bun cancels a class, you may receive a full refund or transfer to another session.

6. Course Access and Conduct

• Online content is for personal learning only; sharing, copying, or resale is prohibited.
• Workshop participants must behave respectfully; we may deny participation for disruptive conduct.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, including recipes, videos, images, lessons, and branding, are the intellectual property of Aho Bun Bakery Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aho Bun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or course.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical outages, or government actions.
